- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- sliced cukes - 6 c
- green pepper thin slices - 1 c
How to make refrigerator pickles:
Put the cucumbers, onion and green pepper into a gallon jar. Bring to boil the salt, sugar and vinegar and pour over the cucumber mixture in the gallon jar. Put jar (closed) in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 2 days. Keeps forever.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Summer, Seasonal.
