Refrigerator bran muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- pkg - 16 oz
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- unsifted flour - 4 c
- low-fat buttermilk - 1 qt
- dates, raisins, prunes, nuts or whatever you like any amount - 1 item
- Wet Ingredients:4 beaten eggs or use egg substitute
How to make refrigerator bran muffins:
Wet Ingredients:4 beaten eggs or use egg substitute1 c. vegetable oil1 qt. low-fat buttermilk Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator for 8 hours before using.Drop mixture into cupcake tins and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
Mixture will keep in refrigerator for 2 to 3 weeks. Use as desired.
