- red food coloring - 1 oz
- Icing:1 box confectioners sugar
How to make red velvet cake:
Icing:1 box confectioners sugar8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine pecans Cream sugar and shortening together. Add eggs, food coloring and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and buttermilk. Beat until smooth and add vinegar.Icing: Mix cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar until smooth. Mix in pecans and spread on cake.
