Red pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- apple cider vinegar
- bottle Certo - 1 oz
- hot peppers 8 to 10, ground and with juice - 1/2 c
- bell peppers 3 to 4, ground and with juice - 3/4 c
How to make red pepper jelly:
Bring sugar, vinegar, peppers and juice to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Certo and green or red food coloring. Stir. Put in jars and seal. (Use only Certo.)Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Jellies, Sweet.
