Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- apple cider vinegar
- bell pepper - 3/4 c
- hot pepper - 1/4 c
- bottle Certo - 1 oz
How to make hot pepper jelly:
Remove seeds from peppers and grind. Boil them 1 minute. Set aside and skim. Pour into small glasses. Add red or green coloring. Makes 6 cups.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
