  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • raw apple, diced small - 3 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Combine first three ingredients; beat until fluffy. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add to the egg mixture along with the vanilla. Fold in apple, walnuts and coconut. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
