• coconut - 2 c
• oil - 1/4 c
• nuts - 1 c
• yellow cake mix - 1 item
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• instant Jell-O pie filling - 1 pkg
• Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan

How to make rave review coconut cake:

Beat first 5 ingredients together in mixer for 4 minutes, then add coconut and nuts. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes in 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then put on topping.Topping:4 Tbsp. butter2 c. coconut1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 Tbsp.
