Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla ice cream - 1/2 pt
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • frozen raspberries or strawberries depending on jello flavor - 1 pkg

How to make raspberry cream:

Pour boiling water over jello in bowl, stirring until jello is dissolved. Stir in ice cream and frozen fruit, breaking up berries with fork. Chill until set, about 20 minutes. Spoon into dessert bowls. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
