Blueberry delight

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
• cold water - 3/4 c
• boiling water - 2 c
• fresh blueberries, washed and drained or 2 c - 2 c

How to make blueberry delight:

Dissolve 1 package of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thick. Dissolve second package of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Add ice cream and stir until melted. Pour into serving bowl. Chill 1 hour or until set, but not firm. Arrange berries on Jell-O ice cream mixture. Top with clear Jell-O. Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
