Rancho beans
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- brown sugar to taste - 1 2
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- cans pork and beans - 2 lb
How to make rancho beans:
Cook onions in oil. Brown hamburger and drain. Put these into your crock-pot or a large casserole. Add other ingredients. Turn crock-pot to low and cook for at least 3 hours or more. If you are using a casserole, bake at 400° for 1/2 hour. Stir occasionally.This is a favorite to take to picnics or to serve a group.
