Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- dry Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- to 8 red potatoes - 6 item
How to make ranch potatoes:
Scrub potatoes (do not peel) and cube. Boil until almost done. Drain and place in baking dish. Cover with oleo (I use squeeze butter). Sprinkle with dry Ranch dressing mix. Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
