- vanilla - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 2 3
How to make raisin tarts:
Cream together sugar, oleo or butter and salt. Add beaten egg, vanilla and raisins. Mix well. Spoon into pastry lined tarts or muffin pans. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 large tarts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Tarts.
