Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• water - 1/4 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• shortening - 3/4 c
• nuts - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• white sugar - 1/2 c
• quick oatmeal - 3 c
• nutmeg, cloves and all spice - 1/4 1/2

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Mix all ingredients together and drop on cookie sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
