Ingredients/Components
- pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- margarine - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease bottom of 10 x 14 in. pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix pecans and coconut and spread in bottom of pan. Prepare cake as directed on box and pour over coconut and pecans.
