Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
How to make raisin puffs:
Boil raisins in water until water is evaporated. Chill. Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add soda, salt and flour. Fold in raisins. Roll in balls and dip in sugar. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
