Jumbo raisin cookies

Ingredients/Components

• raisins - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• butter - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• cinnamon
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• allspice - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 4 c

How to make jumbo raisin cookies:

Boil raisins and water for 5 minutes; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Add the cooled raisin mixture and nut meats. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by a teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven, 350°, for 10 to 12 minutes.
