  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water
  • raisins - 2 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 1/3 c
  • shredded orange peel optional - 1 tsp
  • shredded lemon peel optional - 1/2 tsp

How to make raisin pie:

Mix and cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until thick. Put in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell with lattice top. Bake for 40 minutes at 400° or until done.
