- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- lemon peel - 2 tsp
How to make quick sugar cookies:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together and add together. Drop on ungreased sheet. Bake 6 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, < 15 mins.
