Quick alfredo sauce



  • half and half
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • water
  • oleo, melted - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley - 1/4 1/3
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item

How to make quick alfredo sauce:

Melt 1/4 cup oleo in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup flour gradually. Stir constantly until smooth. Add chicken bouillon cubes to water and dissolve. Add to first mixture. Add half and half. Add parsley. Stir until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve over fettucine.
