Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 6 7
- melted shortening - 4 Tbsp
- lukewarm water - 1 c
- yeast cake - 1 item
How to make quick rolls:
Scald milk, add sugar and salt. Dissolve yeast in water and add to milk; add shortening and flour. Knead well. Place in greased bowl, cover and set in warm place to rise.
