Quick lasagne
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- lean hamburger - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- onion - 3/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- garlic to taste optional - 1 item
How to make quick lasagne:
Mix cream cheese and sour cream and set aside. Brown hamburger. Add onion, seasonings and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat 20 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer half the noodles. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over noodles. Place half the meat over cream cheese. Repeat. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until bubbly. May be made the night before and placed in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
