Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken - 1 item
- can peas and carrots - 1 item
- broth
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- boiled eggs optional - 1 item
- Cut into bite size pieces
How to make quick chicken pie:
Boil chicken until tender. Cut into bite size pieces. Put in casserole dish; add broth, chicken soup, peas and carrots and mix together.Topping:1 c. plain flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1 c. milk1/2 tsp. pepper1 stick margarine, melted Mix dry ingredients with milk and melted margarine.
