- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- canned pumpkin - 1/2 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
How to make pumpkin spice muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper muffin cups. Blend pumpkin, milk and egg with fork in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
