Pumpkin spice cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- flour plain
How to make pumpkin spice cake:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. (Beat after each one.) Blend in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients gradually. Stir in raisins and nuts. Butter and flour a 1 pound empty coffee can and pour in batter. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Remove cake when cool.
