- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Line cookie sheet 10 x 15-inches with wax paper
How to make pumpkin roll:
Heat oven to 375°. Line cookie sheet (10 x 15-inches) with wax paper. Mix all ingredients. Pour batter on cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Turn on tea towel and roll up like a jelly roll. Let cool 30 minutes.
