  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2/3 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1/2 item

How to make pumpkin roll:

Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar Line an 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper and grease with Crisco lightly. Pour cake mixture into pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove onto linen towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper while hot. Roll up into towel and refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll; spread with filling. Roll up and refrigerate. (Save some filling to spread on top.) Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with maraschino cherry.
