Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar Line an 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper and grease with Crisco lightly. Pour cake mixture into pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove onto linen towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper while hot. Roll up into towel and refrigerate for 1 hour. Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll; spread with filling. Roll up and refrigerate. (Save some filling to spread on top.)
