Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin canned - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- Pour into paper and bake 15 minutes at 350°

- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Line a 15 x 9 x 1-inch pan with waxed paper. Pour into paper and bake 15 minutes at 350°. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Cool. Roll up cake and towel. Let cool completely. Then unroll and add filling and roll again. Chill and cut.Filling:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese4 Tbsp. margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together.
