- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- self-rising flour - 3 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin pound cake:
Combine first 4 ingredients and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°; reduce heat to 325° and bake about 45 to 50 minutes more or until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Mixer.
