Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1 c
- chopped nuts if desired
- jar marshmallow creme - 1 item
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 lb. powdered sugar1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. milk1/3 c. cocoa Cream together sugar, salt, margarine and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Immediately after baking, spread with marshmallow creme. Cool some and cover with frosting. Let stand several hours before cutting.
