- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- oleo - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- 1 lb
- reserved cake mix
How to make pumpkin pie dessert squares:
Filling:3 c. (1 lb. 14 oz. can) pumpkin pie mix2 eggs2/3 c. milk Topping:1 c. reserved cake mix1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. oleo1 tsp. cinnamon Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine the rest of the cake mix, oleo and egg. Press into pan. Prepare filling by combining all ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust. Mix topping and sprinkle over filling.Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream (optional).
