- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- 1 lb
- reserved cake mix
How to make pumpkin pie dessert squares:
Filling:3 c. (1 lb. 4 oz. can) pumpkin pie mix2 eggs2/3 c. milk Topping:1 c. reserved cake mix1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. margarine Grease bottom only of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and egg. Press into pan.Prepare filling by combining all ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.
For topping, combine all ingredients. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
