Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- margarine, melted - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Beat all, except cake mix, butter and nuts. Pour into ungreased, 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Pour melted margarine over cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.Bake in 350° oven for no longer than 1 hour. If desired, top with whipped cream.
