  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • margarine, melted - 1 c
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz

How to make pumpkin pie cake:

Beat all, except cake mix, butter and nuts. Pour into ungreased, 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Pour melted margarine over cake mix. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake in 350° oven for no longer than 1 hour. If desired, top with whipped cream.
