  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • cooked pumpkin - 1 c

How to make pumpkin pie:

Mix sugar, flour and beaten eggs; add all other ingredients. If you like meringue, save egg whites; if not, top with Cool Whip when ready to serve. Bake at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes.
