Pumpkin pecan bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- milk - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- all-purpose flour
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- cooked pumpkin
How to make pumpkin pecan bread:
Stir together flour, sugar, soda, spices and salt. Combine beaten eggs, milk, pumpkin and oil; mix well. Add to dry ingredients; mix well until combined. Stir in nuts. Grease and flour 4 (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch) loaf pans. Bake at 350° for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from pans when cooled completely.This is very good. Makes good Christmas gifts.
