- can pumpkin - 1 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- cup chopped nuts - 3/4 item
- cup milk - 1 item
- teaspoon salt - 1/2 item
- 1/2 sticks of butter - 1 item
- package yellow cake mix - 1 item
- teaspoon cloves - 1/8 item
- teaspoon ginger - 1/4 item
How to make pumpkin crunch:
Mix eggs, milk, sugar, pumpkin, and spices. Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Squash, Cobblers and crisps.
