  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • sticks melted butter - 2 item
  • cream cheese
  • Cool Whip - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar

How to make pumpkin crisp:

Icing:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese3/4 c. Cool Whip1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Line 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together. Pour into pan; put dry cake mix over this. Put nuts evenly over this. Pour margarine evenly over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Immediately after baking, turn out of pan removing the wax paper.

Icing: Mix and spread over cool cake.
