  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • beaten egg whites - 2 item

How to make pumpkin chiffon pie:

Combine all ingredients. Add beaten egg whites by folding them in carefully. Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes, then finish baking at 350° for 30 minutes.
