Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- sour cream 16 oz
How to make pumpkin cheesecake:
Topping:2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla This is a large pie, so use a 9-inch spring-form pan.Make crust and press into pan and chill.
Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar, pumpkin, eggs and spices; pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla for topping. Spread over filling after 50 minutes; return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool and chill overnight.
