Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 4 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pecan halves - 12 item
- can pumpkin - 16 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Filling:16 oz. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar16 oz. can pumpkin1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. salt2 eggs Topping:2 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla12 pecan halves Combine crust and put in bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Chill.Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Beat in pumpkin, spices and salt. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
For Topping: Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over filling. Bake 5 minutes. Cool in pan overnight. Garnish with pecan halves.
