Pumpkin cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• cream cheese - 5 (8
• eggs - 6 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• pumpkin - 16 oz
• softened butter - 2/3 c
• ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• ground ginger - 3/4 tsp
• ground allspice - 3/4 tsp

How to make pumpkin cheese cake:

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into bottom and sides of spring-form pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn off oven and keep in oven for an additional 30 minutes.
