Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• oil - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• can pumpkin - 1 item
• Mix well

How to make pumpkin cake:

Cream together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin, then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a greased and floured pan or Bundt pan. Cool cake.Icing for Pumpkin Cake:1 box powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Icing: Spread on cake and add pecans for garnish.
