- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Cool Whip
- large box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- large box instant chocolate pudding - 1 item
How to make pudding cake:
Melt margarine and combine with flour and pecans; spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Combine sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip and pour over cooled crust. Mix the puddings and milk and pour over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
