Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- pretzels, crushed - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix together the crushed pretzels, melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip; spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add the frozen raspberries (put in frozen). Stir to dissolve. Let set up until syrupy and spread over top of Cool Whip mixture.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Salads.
