Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- baking chocolate - 1 item
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- white sugar - 2/3 c
How to make cheesecake pie:
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each at low speed just until blended. Pour into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until set and knife comes out clean. Stir together sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread atop hot pie. Cool. Shave thin curls of chocolate over top. Cover and chill.
