Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- Cool Whip
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- hot pineapple juice - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
- crushed pretzels* - 2 c
- frozen strawberries, thawed halfway - 2 (10
How to make pretzel jello:
*Can also use graham cracker crumbs.Mix and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.
Mix all together and spread over pretzels. Mix Jell-O and hot juice. Stir in berries. Let partially set. Spoon Jell-O over cream cheese layer and refrigerate.
You can also use peach Jell-O and fresh peaches. Very good!
