Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- Cool Whip
- cream cheese, softened - 12 oz
- strawberry jello
- hot pineapple juice - 2 c
- pretzels, crushed - 2 c
- 1/2 cubes margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix pretzels and margarine together and press into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together; fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust.
Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice. Add frozen berries. Chill until partially set. Spread over cheese layer. Refrigerate. Spread Cool Whip over top if desired and serve.
