- sugar
- eggs - 9 item
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- cake flour - 3 c
- 1/2 c Crisco - 1 item
How to make pound cake:
Beat Crisco and sugar until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour slowly. Add flavoring. Pour into large greased and floured tube cake pan. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Do not open door while baking.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
