  • salt - 2 tsp
  • cottage cheese - 6 oz
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • green onions, including tops, chopped - 1/2 c
  • potatoes boiled in jackets, peeled and chopped - 5 c

How to make potatoes romanoff:

Mix and top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
