Grilled potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- Miracle Whip light dressing - 1/2 c
- or 4 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 3 item
How to make grilled potatoes:
Heat grill, or can be done in oven.Mix dressing, garlic and seasoning. Add potatoes and onion; toss to coat. Divide potato mixture evenly among 6 (12-inch) square pieces of foil. Seal each to form packet. Place foil on grill (or in oven) over coals. Grill, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender. Bake in oven at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
