Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- potatoes - 6 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- chopped green onion - 1/3 c
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Boil the potatoes in jackets. Grate when cool. Melt the butter and Cheddar cheese over low heat. Remove and add the sour cream, green onion, salt and pepper. Blend. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Potato, Main dish, Casseroles.
